White Rose Sewing & Craft Centre's terms and conditions are designed to ensure that customers can shop easily and with confidence with whiterosesewing.com

These terms & conditions only apply to website sales.

 

Pricing

All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if it is to your benefit.

 

Foreign Customers

Whilst this website is designed with UK customers in mind, we welcome enquiries from customers in other countries. Prices include UK Sales Tax (VAT), currently at 20%. Additional delivery charges will apply. Please telephone or email info@whiterosesewing.com and we will do our best to assist. We are unable to supply Janome branded products outside the UK and Ireland.

 

Payment

When ordering online you may pay by most major credit or debit cards we accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro & Solo. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DINERS CLUB.

 

Product Availability

Items shown on this website may not always be in stock. If any of your chosen items are not in stock, you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery date at the time you place your order. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only.

 

Making A Purchase

Shopping at White Rose Sewing & Craft Centre online is really easy. Just browse our website, and click on the "add to cart" button by the item you wish to buy. When you've selected everything you need click on "checkout" and follow the links which will take you through the checkout and our secure online payment process.

 

Delivery

Delivery charges for orders placed for delivery to any UK mainland address are as follows:

Orders under £40 will incur a £3.00 post & packing charge. Orders over £40 will recieve free delivery. For delivery to other addresses than UK mainland please email or telephone us for a postal quote for your country before placing your order.

Horn Sewing Cabinets:

Horn Sewing Cabinets are free delivery unless stated on the individual product (approx 3 weeks delivery) it applies to most of the UK mainland, however a charge will be made for deliveries in outlying areas. For more details email info@whiterosesewing.com .

On any items sent by carrier we will inform you by email or telephone at least 48 hours prior to despatch of our expected delivery date. We regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times within that date. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.

 

Cancellations

We are pleased to offer a fair and equitable cancellation policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights.

Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 14 days after delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in "as new" condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way.) It should be returned at your cost with the original box, packing and accessories.

 

Faulty Goods

We will arrange collection of goods from addresses in mainland UK and pay the return carriage cost if: the item / items were found to be faulty or if the item was sent in error. No warranty is made in respect of commercial rather than domestic use. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
