We have a shop in Harrogate - we are not just online!

Sharon and Maddie have been sewing and crafting for decades. Sharon ran a curtain making business and Maddie regularly runs her own craft stalls and classes.

Our Harrogate store has been operating on Commercial Street for over 40 years. We are a Harrogate institution!

We accept most payment methods including cards and Paypal. Apple Pay if using an Apple Device and Google Pay if Android. We also support Klana for payment plans

We would be disappointed if you were unhappy with your product, but of course we accept returns and refunds. Please refer to our Policy.

If we haven't already shipped you product(s) tbis may be possible without charge. However if already shipped there may be a small handling charge.

We all need a helping hand sometimes. YoutTube is a great resource but if you're really stuck get in touch, using our Contact Form and we'll do our best to get you on track.

We can demo your new machine in the store and help get you started.

All our machines come with manufactures warranties. Brother are generally 3 years and Juki 5 years.
